This service is for clients who are looking for advice on how to improve their  engagement with stakeholders. At its simplest form, we review your engagement plan and offer ways to include interactive activities and are an overall thought partner. 

Our Workshop, Complete Street Deetz

• A community facing workshop that describes transportation planning, urban planning, GoBoston 2030, and the basic planning principles of complete streets and designs. This workshop can be customized to reflect the project you are working on or the class being taught

Your Workshop

• Clients that are interested in gathering a target audience. Workshop participants actively brainstorm and work together to develop solutions or ideas on a specific topic. Consult LeLa will implement an interactive, hands on component when applicable. Clients may also request learning based workshops. 

Standard public meetings are often highly contentious and information-heavy leaving little space and intention for residents and municipalities to connect. Our Not Your Average Public Meeting is open house style to welcome more residents into a planning process. We partner with local businesses to provide refreshments, childcare or activities, and interactive components.

This is for clients who are interested in sessions with a targeted audience. This is also for clients that are looking for feedback and input from a particular audience about a particular project. Our focus groups are more discussion based.
